“Un día después de ser electo presidente de Venezuela, el 29 de julio, hasta el pasado jueves 5 de septiembre González Urrutia permaneció a resguardo en la embajada de Países Bajos en Caracas, algo que los organismos de inteligencia del régimen de Maduro no detectaron”, señala el reporte.
El viernes seis el líder opositor se trasladó a la sede diplomática española debido a que el embajador holandés dejaba el país. “En la madrugada del 7 de septiembre, Jorge y Delcy Rodríguez se presentaron en la embajada de España para aumentar la presión». Llevaron los salvoconductos que el candidato debía firmar. «En una de las últimas comunicaciones que González sostuvo con su abogado José Vicente Haro, ocurrida el viernes 6 en la noche, -añade el informe- le manifestó que sentía que eran ‘capaces de todo’ y que lo podían buscar en la Embajada española, relató Haro”.
